FAQ
PLACING ORDERS
It is highly recommend that when placing cake orders to do so as soon as possible! In peak season months such as wedding season, graduation, and holiday's our baking schedule often fills up! Orders for custom decorated cakes and cupcakes should be placed as far in advance as possible. If you are interested in a date it is best to pay your deposit as soon as it is confirmed the date is available because we cannot guarantee it will stay open.

MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We’ve worked hard to create flavor combinations that make our products special. Because of this, we regret that we’re unable to accommodate modifications to menu items (e.g. the addition or omission of particular ingredients (nuts, fillings, etc.) featured in or on our products). Rest assured, however, that to accommodate a wide range of preferences, we’ve created various flavors, so we’re confident there’s a cake flavor to appeal to everyone!

PRICING
All cake orders are priced based on the amount of people the cake is accommodating. Pricing can range from $5.00-$6.00 per slice as the based price. There is an additional cost dependent on the design of the cake. Pricing for other orders such as cookies, parfaits, strawberries, etc. vary.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders cancelled with sufficient notice (discussed below). In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, and return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

CUSTOM ORDERS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any order, with final payment is due prior to the delivery or pick-up date. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). If your custom order is made less than one (1) month in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.
Notification of cancellation must be made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice. Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

DESIGN FINALIZATION
The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.
